Fred Brown Joins Zero Circle's Advisory Board as an Innovative Leader in Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence

NEW YORK, 28th Jan 2025— Zero Circle today announced that Fred Brown, Predictive Analytics & AI/ML for Pandemic Risk Management, has joined the company's advisory board.

Fred Brown has extensive experience in healthcare management, consulting, and innovation. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ArtiMed Inc., where he leads the development of AI-based tools for managing Social Security Disability Insurance and improving health outcomes for over 2.2 million Americans.

He also works part-time as a Senior Advisor at the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), focusing on increasing regional production of vaccines and global supply chains of other medical countermeasures to prevent pandemics and public health strategies. Previously, Brown was a senior advisor to Operation Warp Speed for the Trump and Biden administrations and a fellow at the World Economic Forum, co-leading initiatives to enhance vaccine access in low- and middle-income countries.

His role as a board member at Peptinovo Biopharma highlights his involvement in advancing drug delivery systems, particularly for cancer treatments. He is also the Secretary to the BoD of PharmaJet, the leading needle-less injection company, and Chairman of the Board of Warmilu, the leader in producing non-electric warming systems globally.

Brown's earlier positions included management consulting at Deloitte, where he specialized in optimizing post-COVID essential medicine supply chains for the US FDA, EMA, Japan, and Switzerland. He also served as President of Fred Brown Management Consulting, LLC. He was overseeing regulatory strategies for vaccine acceleration amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

His career reflects a strong commitment to improving healthcare systems through innovative technologies and strategic partnerships. He has demonstrated significant leadership across various organizations and initiatives to enhance public health outcomes.

Fred Brown developed and launched 25 major pharmaceutical products, 13 diagnostics, and nine vaccines to save 8.5 million lives annually. Also he brings to Warmilu healthcare and life science expertise through his former work as a partner/co-founder of Accenture's $500 million Pharmaceutical and Medical Products practice, Global Head of Hoffmann LaRoche Pharmaceutical Product Lifecycle, Partnerships & Informatics, as the former EVP of IBM's Life Science & Healthcare Services Practice (EMEA Region) growing from $0 to $1.2 billion in annual revenue, and as the Co-Founder and VP Business Development of the now publicly traded Alkermes Inc. (NASDAQ: ALKS).

He was also President of Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, growing that operation to become the world's largest independent specialty pharmacy until it was sold to Optum Health. He also was a C-suite executive in charge of New Ventures and Innovation at Ascension Health.
